Forging and moulding plants

I.C.M.I. Industrial Furnaces designs and manufactures heating units knowing the intense use of forging and moulding furnaces, respecting the uniformity performances of the kiln and the charge.

The process is managed automatically via a supervisory PC or simply with O.P. located near the plant.

The self-recuperative and regenerative burners allow the reduction of the energy costs and at the same time the achievement of the high temperatures necessary for the moulding.

The insulation is designed with suitable mechanical resistance and thermal stability, especially for the frequent temperature changes inherent in the forge environment.
